YOUTH WITH A PURPOSE

 Series Continues.....

FOUR KINDS OF YOUTH - PS. 119:9; I TIM. 4:12; I JOHN 2:12-14
PS. 119:9 "Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word".
In every society, community or church there are four kinds of youth. It is important to understand this in order to know how best to work with them and what tools to use to attract the necessary kind to the church for lasting growth. If you don’t come to terms with this truth, it will be difficult to get the desired result from the youth. The four kinds of youth are:
1.       The Parasitive Youth
2.       The Prodigal Youth
3.       The Passive Youth
4.       The Productive Youth

1.       THE PARASITIVE YOUTH: Parasite by nature is a destructive agent and unuseful to itself. Likewise, a parasite youth is destructive in every sense. He is less concern about progress in anywhere he found himself. Rather, he seeks its destruction through organized crime with his cohorts. He often ends up as drug addict, armed robber, a cheat and vagabond.
